We’re hiring but not for a typical role.
At OES Global Inc., I’m looking for someone who gets excited about seeing opportunity, jumping in, and making it happen. This role works directly with me as CEO and Founder to identify opportunities, build new initiatives, and execute them into real revenue.
How often do you get the chance to work directly with a founder like this?
We mean business and we work that way, from the top down and everywhere in between.
We didn’t get here by chance. We started as a one woman operation and have grown into a 30 person team, consistently delivering double digit year over year growth. Our model is simple. Identify B2B opportunities, execute fast, and own the space. It works and we are doing it again.
We are on track to reach 20 million this year while expanding into new markets, product lines, and geographies including Canada and the European Union. We are going after 100 million because we have seen what is possible in our customers, our growth, and the markets we have already built. This is not a theory. It is a continuation.
This is not a VC backed company. This is good old American hustle. We are debt free and have built this business through hard work, grit, and execution. We are looking for the next wave of talent to help take us to 100 million and beyond.
We operate across multiple B2B categories including traffic safety, signage, industrial hydration, valet and entry products, and absorbents. We do not follow markets. We build them and we own them.
In traffic safety, we have transformed commodity products into brand driven environments. Pantone matched cones. Color coordinated crowd control. Designed entry experiences for companies like Tiffany and FedEx. This is not commodity. This is differentiation.
Through Hydration Depot, we partner with health and safety leaders across the country to deliver workforce hydration solutions at scale. Factory direct access to Gatorade, Propel, Sqwincher, All Sport, and Niagara combined with custom kitting, bottled water programs, and emergency supply logistics. This is not distribution. This is execution.
We are now expanding internationally. This role requires someone who can manage complexity, move fast across priorities, and turn opportunity into real outcomes.
This is not a fit if you want a predictable role, clearly defined lanes, or constant direction.
This is a fit if you think in terms of building. This could be a new sector. We can own this market. We can create what does not exist. You move fast, take ownership, and care about results.
You will take ideas and turn them into execution. Drive projects from concept to launch. Identify gaps and turn them into opportunities. Launch products, bundles, and programs. Improve how we operate. Work across teams. Make sure nothing important stalls.
You are not here to manage tasks. You are here to build, execute, and finish.
Success in this role looks like real outcomes. Ideas turning into revenue. Projects moving faster because of you. New categories being created and captured. The business running sharper and stronger.
